By pooling risk and purchasing power, they negotiate better rates and provide better services (with employee choice) than is possible for a small company. I did this before with Trinet and there are other PEOs out there. "
Above all the benefits mentioned by Ross it seems to me as a great launchpad for non-US upstarts that can establish an operation in the US without the big bureaucracy of becoming a formal US employer – a resource that is very interesting to me as an Israeli entrepreneur.
